"A CONTINUATION, A PROGRESSION, THE NEXT STEP: THEY SAY THAT THINGS GET WORSE BEFORE THEY GET BETTER, AND I REALLY HOPE THAT'S THE CASE. AS THE MUSICAL DIARY SERIES CONTINUES, I THINK I'VE STUMBLED UPON SOME OF MY MOST CATHARTIC & HONEST MATERIAL. THIS TIME AROUND, I FOUND MYSELF IN OVER MY HEAD. I WAS VERY ANXIOUS, DISHEARTENED AND FELT DOWN-TRODDEN AFTER NOVEMBER. I HAD QUIT MY FIRST JOB, AND THE WAY THINGS ENDED WERE LESS THAN DESIRABLE NOR PLEASANT. EMOTIONS & INTENTIONS THAT I NEVER THOUGHT WERE IN ME APPEARED & CONTINUED TO STIR. THERE WAS A LOT OF SELF-BLAME, GUILT, ALONG WITH A HEFTY DESIRE TO DISASSOCIATE & BECOME RECLUSE. THERE WAS A LOT OF ANGER, A LOT OF FEAR, AND... I FELT THE NEED FOR AN OUTLET, A RELEASE.
